I was a kid just out of college, and I had come home to New York to work, and it happened that I found my first job working for my father with Spin Dizzy Music, who was Klaus’ producer...and that’s how I met Klaus. I really loved Klaus and I loved Klaus’ work, and so I considered it actually a great honor to communicate and answer all these letters that came in from all over the world. Very heartfelt letters. I probably took over responsibility of the fan club shortly after Klaus died, and so I considered it a heavy responsibility and an honor to actually answer all of his fans, who, were many of them, quite distressed at his untimely demise.
