My husband and I were Klaus' god parents and became his guardians because his father was lost in the war. At home, his mother was working, and I was married and didn't have to work so I had more time, for him. When he used to come over to my house he used to sing. I didn't have a record player to sing along to, but when I used to come to his house he used to love to do it because he could have music playing in the background. And he loved to sing for me, but he didn't want other people to know that this is what he did at home because he thought that they would laugh at him. And I understand that. The school kids, I mean, they would have thought he was out of his head.
